Ingredients

  • 1 can almond paste
  • 1 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a food processor fitted with steel blade, combine the paste and sugar. Add egg whites and process until mixture holds together.
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Roll dough into small balls and place 1 inch apart. Bake 18 to 20 mins. Allow to cool on sheet.
