Baked Feta & Peach Phyllo Cup

This is a healthy appetizer that is sweet and salty. Great appetizer for a party. This also works great with apricot jam.

Ingredients
- 1 package phyllo cups
- 1 package feta, cubed
- 1 container peach jam
- mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place phyllo cups in mini muffin tin. Place 1 cube of feta in each phyllo cup. Bake until golden brown, about 4-5 mins. Remove from oven and top with 1 tsp of peach jam. Place a mint leaf as a garnish on top and serve.
