Ingredients
- 3 T oil
- 1 c pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 C vinegar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t soy sauce
- 2 T corn starch
- 1/2 med green pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Dust chick w/seasoned flour and brown until almost done. Remove and drain chicken. Drain all but 1/2 C pineapple juice to put in skillet, add all but green pepper and starch. Bring to a boil. Moisten cornstarch in cold water add to skillet. Cok until clear and add pineapple chunks and green pepper cut in chunks. Pour over chicken and serve over beds or rice.
