Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 bunch spinach
- 1/2 small head red cabbage
- 3/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp celery seed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients. Toss with salad ingredients. Dressing will store in fridge up to 3 days.
