Hot Ham Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 C diced ham
  • 1 C chopped onions
  • 1 C celery, chopped
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 4 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix onions & celery add mayo w/ham.
Trim slices of bread and cube
Mix well:
4 eggs
3 C milk


Assemble:
Bread cubes, spread ham mixture, pour and spread can of mushroom soup evenly and add grated cheese evenly over all.

Bake 325 for 1 hour. Great for Easter breakfast.
