  • 1 cup Amaranth puffs
  • 1/3 cup each of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
  • 2 tbsp. flax seed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • dried fruit or coconut (option)
