- 1 cup Amaranth puffs
- 1/3 cup each of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 2 tbsp. flax seed
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- dried fruit or coconut (option)
