Ingredients
- Boneless shoulder cut pork
- pepper
- Lawry’s seasoning
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the seasoned meat in a pan. Chop a medium onion and put in slow cooker. Add 1 can of beef broth and BBQ sauce. Add the meat and cook on low for 3-5 hour or until pork falls apart.
When cooked, drain the broth, shred the meat and add the remaining BBQ sauce. Return to slow cooker and cook an additional 1/2-1 hour in cooker.
Serve in rolls of your choice.
