Grandma's Fudge

This recipe comes from Glenn's paternal grandmother - Anna Knapp;

Ingredients

  • 2 T Butter
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 1 large package chocolate chips (12 oz0
  • 12 OZ. GERMAN Chocolate ( 3 - 4 oz boxes)
  • 1 pt marshmallow (16 oz)
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. In large bowl, mix chocolate chips, chocolate, and marshmallow cream. Pour syrup over this mixture. Stir until smooth and even in color. add nuts. Spread into buttered 9 x 13 pan. This sets up very quickly.
