Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 - 8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients leaving one cup chopped pecans out. Chill approximately 30 minutes. Shape into a ball. Use remaining cup chopped pecans on the outside.
