Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 can cream of mush soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- chopped green pepper, optional
- 1/2 c uncooked rice
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts or 8 oz. fresh
- 1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meet, add all ingredients except noodles. Put in covered casserole. Bake 1/2 hr. @ 350. Uncover and bake 1/2 hr. more, sprinkle noodles over top and bake 15" longer.
