Basil Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup (1stick) unsalted butter, softened

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, mince the basil leaves; then add the butter a little at a time until well-blended. Transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve at room temperature.
