Blue Cheese Mashed

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, rinsed and cut in quarters
  • salt and fresh black pper to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes until fork tender. Drain well. Put back into pot.

In a separate pan heat butter and cream until hot. Add blue cheese and stir together. Add sauce to potatoes and mash.

Season with salt and pepper.
