Honey-Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 thin chicken cutlets
  • 1 tlb. honey
  • 1 tlb. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tlb. vinegar
  • vegetable oil for sauteing

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg with a small drop of water.
Dip chicken and coat with flour
Heat vegetable oil in pan and saute cutlets til brown. Cover and let steam for 15 minutes.
Mix honey, mustard and vinegar and pour over chicken
Simmer for 10 minutes.
