Pork Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 lb boneless pork cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 2-151/4 oz whole kernel corn drained
  • 2-103/4 oz cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles. In large skillet cook pork and onions over medium heat till no longer pink. Drain noodles. Add pork and rest of ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
