Ingredients
- 3 T finely chopped green onions
- 2 T miso paste
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 T honey
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 t Dijon
- 1 t sesame oil
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in zip-lock bag. Add steaks. Let stand 20 min.
Preheat grill to med-hi.
Remove steaks from marinade. Place on grill rack; grill 5 min on each side.
