Grilled Miso-Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 3 T finely chopped green onions
  • 2 T miso paste
  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 t Dijon
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients in zip-lock bag. Add steaks. Let stand 20 min.
Preheat grill to med-hi.
Remove steaks from marinade. Place on grill rack; grill 5 min on each side.
