Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4-6 oz each)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 T milk
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C bread crumbs
- 1 tsp dried italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400*. Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine eggs and milk in a bowl. Combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, italian seasoning and pepper on a sheet of wax paper. Dip the chicken one piece at a time into the egg mixture, roll in crumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Place in a 13 x 9 inch foil lined pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear or meat thermometer reads 170*.
