Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 bushel tomatoes (scalded and peeled)
• 3 lbs onions chopped
• 4 hot peppers
• 2 cups vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons basil
• 1 bud garlic crushed
• 2 tablespoons oregano
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup canning salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to tomatoes.
Cook 1 hour
Add 4 12 oz cans tomatoes paste
Bring back to boil, can and seal

Pressure 10 minutes 10 lbs
