Ingredients
- 1/2 bushel tomatoes (scalded and peeled)
- 3 lbs onions chopped
- 4 hot peppers
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 1 bud garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup canning salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to tomatoes.
Cook 1 hour
Add 4 12 oz cans tomatoes paste
Bring back to boil, can and seal
Pressure 10 minutes 10 lbs
