Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups cooked shredded Chicken
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and shred chicken.

In large pan, melt margarine, stir in flour. Add milk, cream and broth. Cook and stir until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly.

Reduce heat and stir in chicken an pepper.
