Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta and Balsmaic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices pancetta chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 pints sprouts
  • 1 cup stock
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet over medium high heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Add pancetta and cook until crisp. add onion and season. Cook 2-3 mins. Add sprouts and stock and balsamic vinegar. Cook 10-12 mins.
