Parsley Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Wine
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lemons Sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Flour chicken, dip in eggs and lightly brown in butter.
2. Drain and clean the pan and put chicken back, add wine and lemon slices.
3. Simmer 6 minutes and serve over rice.
