Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Wine
- 1/4 lb Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Lemons Sliced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Flour chicken, dip in eggs and lightly brown in butter.
2. Drain and clean the pan and put chicken back, add wine and lemon slices.
3. Simmer 6 minutes and serve over rice.
