Ingredients

  • 2

    Eggs

  • 1/4

    Cup Milk

  • 3

    Cups Flour

  • 1

    Cup Wine

  • 1/4

    lb Butter

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Lemons Sliced

Directions

1. Flour chicken, dip in eggs and lightly brown in butter. 2. Drain and clean the pan and put chicken back, add wine and lemon slices. 3. Simmer 6 minutes and serve over rice.
