BBQ Pulled Pork Platter

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp white or cider vinegar
  • 1 package Knorr Rice Sides Baby Back BBQ, prepared accoring to package instructions
  • 3 cups leftover BBQ pork or beef, heated
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda or mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and vinegar in medium bowl. Season with pepper and hot sauce (to taste)

Arrange rice on serving platter, then top with pork.

Sprinkle with cheese, then top with coleslaw.
