Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew meat.
- Salt, pepper
- 2 TBS dry onion soup mix
- 6 medium potatoes.quartered
- Chopped onion
- 3 carrots cut in chunks
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can water
- 1/4 cup red wine
Preparation
Step 1
Put all in a Dutch oven and bake at 300 for 4 hours
Or put in Crockpot and Cook until tender.
For crockpot, add more soup and less water.
