Ingredients

• 2 lbs stew meat.
• Salt, pepper
• 2 TBS dry onion soup mix
• 6 medium potatoes.quartered
• Chopped onion
• 3 carrots cut in chunks
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 can water
• 1/4 cup red wine

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in a Dutch oven and bake at 300 for 4 hours
Or put in Crockpot and Cook until tender.
For crockpot, add more soup and less water.
