Ingredients
- small roast (any cut, cheap cuts work well because the vinegar in the peppers breaks it down)
- 24 oz jar of Greek peppers (pepperoncini)
- chopped garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in crock pot. spinkle chopped garlic on top. Dump entire jar of pepppers an liquid over it. Cook all day on low.
Can be served as is with a side, or stuffed in a pita with fresh tomato.
