Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 packet beefy onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 lb stew beef
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz baby carrots

Preparation

Step 1

mix sauce ingredients in cooker. Add meat, carrots, and mushrooms and stir. Cook on high 4 hours and low 4 hours. Or cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
