Ingredients
- 1 package oriental lowfat ramen soup
- 1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
- 4 scallions, cut into small circles
- Dressing
- 1/4 C apple juice
- 1 tbl. soy sauce
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
PREPARE RAMEN NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS, THEN LET COOL. COMBINE CABBAGE AND SCALLIONS. ADD DRESSING AND TOSS TO MIX. ADD COOLED NOODLE MIXTURE AND TOSS AGAIN.
