Spinach Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sausage, cooked and crumbled.
  • 15 oz ricotta
  • 10 oz fronzen spinach thawed and drained.
  • 8 oz herb garlic cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzerella cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 4 pie crust sheets

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except 1 egg until well blended. Pour into 2 pie crust wells, divided.
Put crust on both pies and brush with extra egg.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until crust is nice and brown.
