Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sausage, cooked and crumbled.
- 15 oz ricotta
- 10 oz fronzen spinach thawed and drained.
- 8 oz herb garlic cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzerella cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 4 pie crust sheets
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except 1 egg until well blended. Pour into 2 pie crust wells, divided.
Put crust on both pies and brush with extra egg.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until crust is nice and brown.
