Seared Scollops over Polenta

Ingredients

  • Creamy Polenta
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Cup polenta
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Bring milk and herbs to a boil. Whisk in corn meal and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover. After 10 minutes, stir in cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1

Scallops Pan sear scallops in a hot nonstick pan with a small amount of olive oil. Turn over once and sear other side.
