  • 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
  • 5 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • Beat eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients. Batter keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator. Fill muffin tins half full. Bake at 350 for 15-25 min.
