DRINKS - Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen stawberries or raspberries
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons equal for recipes or 1/4 cup equal spoonful

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. (If not frozen banana or strawberry add a couple handfuls of ice.)
