Ingredients
- 2 lbs large mushrooms
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 cups burgundy wine
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t dill weed
- 1/2 t pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup boiling water with 2 cubes of vegetable bouillon
Preparation
Step 1
simmer covered 5-6 hours, then simmer uncovered another 2-3 hours.
