Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini
- 1/4 cups white wine vinegar
- 1 T water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cups fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta al dente. Drain and rinse.
2. In a bowl whisk vinegar, water, salt, sugar, tarragon and pepper. Add oil and mix. Toss into pasta.
