Ingredients
- 2 eggs, hardboiled and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) container chive & onion cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped capers
- 1 tsp snipped fresh dill
- 4 ounces cured, cold-smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- Additional capers, onion, dill, and salt $ pepper to serve (option garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, capers and dill; mix well.
2. Fold in chopped eggs and salmon (OR top spread with folded slices of salmon).
3. Spoon mixture onto center of platter (or dish), wrap and refrigerate overnight.
4. Garnish and serve with crackers, veggies or pita chips.
