Cauliflower-Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 lb. bacon, well done & crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, salted & roasted

Preparation

Step 1

Slice flowers only, break apart, add chopped onions. Mix vinegar & sugar. Marinate vegetables over night. Pour off marinade. Add mayo, bacon & seeds. Toss and serve.
