Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 huge onion
  • 2 stalks of celery chopped
  • 1 package McCormick chili mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large can tomato puree
  • 1 large can kidney beans
  • 1 small can el paso mexican chili beans

Preparation

Step 1

brown meat, pour off fat
add chopped vegetables and Mccormick mix mixed with 2 cups of water, Worcestershire, chili and garlic powder
then add tomato puree

let sit on stovetop for 3 hours, stirring occasionally
add beans in after 1/2 hour of cooking
