Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients

  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 Tsp peppermint Extract
  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the extract and some of the sugar and combine well. Then add the remaining sugar. Shape into 1/2" balls and place them on parchment lined cookie sheets. Press flat with a fork and then chill until ready to serve.
