Taco Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1-3/4 cup salsa, divided (I use taco sauce)
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese, divided
  • 1 package (12 ounces) Jumbo Pasta Shells cooked and drained
  • (double all ingredients except the shells)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet cook ground beef over medium heat and drain.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and 3/4 cup of salsa. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in 1 cup cheese, fill pasta shells with 1 tablespoon meat mixture. Place Shells in a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spoon remaining salsa over shells and top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
