Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small pork tenderloins
- 1 bag frozen fire-roasted bell peppers and onions
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced and fire-roasted tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place the pork loin in your slow cooker and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Add everything else.
Cover and cook on low for eight hours.
