Ingredients
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1 C Shortening
- 6 Ripe Bananas
- 4 Beaten Eggs
- 2 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and shortening. Add bananas and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture along with nuts. Do not overmix. Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
