Ingredients
- 4 c. chopped rhubarb
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pint whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix rhubarb with sugar and set aside. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle rhubarb mixture over cake batter. Pour whipping cream on top--not beaten.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
