Ingredients
- 1/2 c pecans chopped fine
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pecans, flour and sugars. Add butter, several chunks at a time until dough starts to clump. Kneea several times until dough holds together. Divide dough and refrigerate it (wrapped) for 1/2 hour. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. cook 325 for 20 minutes or bottoms pale golden.
