Ingredients
- 1 lb cleaned squid
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cup beer
- 4 Tbs greated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut squid into rings. Stir all other ingredients together, then add beer and worchestershire sauce. Mix Dip squid into batter and fry quickly in oil heated to 375 degrees F. Use care, as hot oil may splatter.
Serve with tartar sauce and/or marinara sauce
