Steamed Long Grain Rice with Tomato & Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 C Long Grain Rice, rinsed
  • 3 1/2 C Tomato Juice
  • 4-6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 t Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a pot with a tight fitting lid combine all of the ingredients, then bring to a boil over med-high heat cooking uncovered. Stir occasionally until rice comes to a boil. Cover pot and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes.
