Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. lamb, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup barley
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 parsnip, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 14-ounce can stewed Italian tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cups beef or lamb broth

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
