Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lamb, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 parsnip, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 14-ounce can stewed Italian tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cups beef or lamb broth

Step 1
Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
