Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz) Goya Black Beans (drained and rinsed with cold water)
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped (no more than 2)
- 1 can pitted black olives (chopped)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Combine everything except feta. Cover and chill. Best if made night before so flavors blend. Add feta and cilantro before serving. Serve with tortilla chips....
