Ingredients
- 1 lg pkg strawberry gelatin
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 10oz pkgs frozen sliced strawberries (thawed)
- 1 lbs can crushed pineapple drained
- 3 med bananas, mashed
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Fold in strawberries. Mix pineapple, bananas, and nuts. Add to gelatin. Pour half of mixture into a 12 x 8 dish, chill until set spread sour cream on to top, then carefully pour on remaining gelatin and chill.
