Arrowroot Emulsion Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 Tbs water
• 1 Tbs arrowroot
• 1/2 c vinegar
• 1 1/2 c olive oil
• 1/2 tps clove
• 1 Tbs lemon juice
• 1/2 tps pepper
• Add herbs of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Make a paste of water and arrowroot, whisk in vinegar
Bring to a simmer, remove from heat
Whisk in oil slowly and cool
Whisk in the rest of the ingredients
